MMSW and Circular Materials hosted a webinar on October 9, 2024, to provide further information to producers about upcoming obligation changes and next steps.

Following the webinar, the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment clarified that the $1 million gross annual revenue exemption refers to gross sales into Saskatchewan (not Canada as had been referred to during the webinar).
