2020 MMSW Annual Report

We are pleased to share our annual report showcasing MMSW’s program performance, accomplishments and financials for the period January 1 to December 31, 2020. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the MMSW program continued to experience strong performance and an ongoing commitment by Saskatchewan residents to their local recycling programs.

2020 Highlights

• Over 40,000 tonnes collected in MMSW’s Waste Packaging and Paper (WPP) program across Saskatchewan, resulting in a recovery rate of 76.5%.
• 44.6 kilograms per capita collected.
• Residential recycling for WPP provided to over 85%of Saskatchewan households.
